This is my full interview with Sarah Ward, who I interviewed for episode 42 of the podcast about E.C.R. Lorac. Sarah is a crime writer herself as well as a Lorac fan — she writes crime novels set in the UK’s Peak District under her own name and has a historical, Gothic thriller coming out under the pseudonym Rhiannon Ward later this year. I first met Sarah at the Bodies in the Library conference at the British Library last summer, where she gave a paper about Lorac, and I was really pleased to get her on the podcast at last.
