We continue our break from the adventures of New Amsterdam (2018) to experience the mayhem of New Amsterdam (2008). A prominent PTSD expert and psychologist is killed and the cops are closing in on the wrong man, while John has flashbacks to his time as a war doctor. 

Polly tries to remember all she's learned about Sigmund Freud, and Emily blacks out.
