I know finals are on the horizon for a lot of us, so as you begin to prepare I want to share something I learned during my time as an undergrad student. It is called the Pomodoro technique. This technique is all about high focus studying for a short period of time followed by quick breaks. So every 25 minutes I will remind you to take a 5-minute break. I will do this for 1 hour. For better experience put me in repeat mode.
