BONUS EPISODE: Nikki is my aunt and the sole reason why I got into hospo. I would visit her at work when she was a server and used to observe her interacting with her co-workers and the people she encountered.  We talk about her time in hospo, starting at fast food, then moving to restaurant, and finally working with promoters and working the door at clubs downtown Seattle and all the dangers that came with that.

We also go down rabbit holes and obsess over our fave foods, desserts, etc.
