This month on Think Tri we get into the nuts and bolts of how we started to gain speed as triathletes. For both of us, we spent a lot of time focusing on losing weight and getting fit. At some point though, our attention turned to speed. We talk about our favourite speed sessions for swim, bike and run as well as the often neglected transition. We give our thoughts on the Iron Man World Championship race & Super League Jersey. We discuss some of the upcoming changes to MaccaX and our workouts of the month.
