There were jumpstarts, afterbirths, tournaments, weapons all over the place, no real heels or faces, whacky turns, returns out of nowhere, and Russo himself on camera. Lance Storm was certainly the star of this show, but let's be honest...there are NO STARS in this era of WCW. The new United States Champion is crowned, Scott Steiner and Goldberg collide, 3 Count & the Jung Dragons continue their never ending feud, Jeff Jarrett is hitting people with guitars, clowns and demons are fighting, and the whackiness continues!
