This weekend I moved my boat from the Florida Keys to Stuart Florida. I pulled the large boat with my truck leaving a hotel in Key Largo at 4:30 am to avoid traffic and arrived without incident in Stuart three hours later. Then I had to launch the boat at a public boat ramp with only my wife to help me. The main ramp was closed, and I had to back it up and maneuver it down a ramp that was just barely wide enough to accommodate it.
