When I was 25 years old, I had the job opportunity of my dreams. Working for a woman-owned small business.
I remember walking in the room to be interviewed. And there, waiting for me were three stunningly beautiful, accomplished and powerful women. The CEO, the COO and the CFO of the company.
I remember walking out of that interview and I knew an opportunity like this was rare. I wanted that job so bad. And I got it! For years I worked for these three incredible female mentors who helped me get to where I am today.
And then I moved into the manufacturing and eCommerce industries and felt the lack of female leadership immediately. I was constantly having to prove and persuade and frequently felt isolated. After launching and growing a digital marketing agency 4x in four years in the manufacturing and eCommerce industry I reached burnout.
So I started Hello Moxie to empower women in underrepresented industries to develop self trust, speak with confidence, step into fear and build their legacy on their terms.
A professionally trained keynote speaker and graduate of the prestigious HEROIC Public Speaking GRAD program, I bring energy, insight, and connection to every stage. In 2025, I had the honor of delivering the closing keynote at Meet Magento UK, and I’ve inspired audiences nationally and internationally with talks on digital transformation, change management, and transformational leadership.
Beyond the stage, I am the host and producer of the Hello Moxie Podcast and Hello Moxie eCommerce Edition, launched in Fall 2024. Through these platforms, I bring meaningful conversations and stories to life, inspiring leaders and changemakers to embrace courage and creativity.
