Jesus introduces a Leadership Style called Servant Leadership. What exactly is it? Was it just the Church He demonstrated that to? Is it only the Church that will benefit from it?

Jesus wrapped His towel around His waist, He poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples' feet and to wipe them with the towel that was wrapped around Him. What exactly did all these mean?
