A Butterfly Riddle by Jaykay Heart is a Thriller & Mystery book with the story of Siddharth. He is an architect based in Dubai, who is shy and introverted. He is in love with his office colleague but is incapable to express his feelings for her. When things are going smoothly with his 2 best friends Varun and George, suddenly one day Siddharth receives a mysterious parcel and that parcel contains a diary with a dead blue butterfly in it. Seeing the butterfly Siddharth reflects that he has seen it previously but cannot recall it and that makes his life miserable. Siddharth, Varun and George embark on a drive to find who has sent the parcel. Will they be able to solve this conundrum? Read this amazing book to find out more.
The book is a very eccentric mystery, thriller with a good volume of humour and romance too. The author can hook the readers with his pen and the plot but for me the twists were predictable. The character development is at a good pace and the turn of Siddharth from a shy, introvert to a confident one is worth noticing. The story is fast and the writing is articulate. The characters, their backstories, state of affairs and in all, everything is explained beautifully.
