This week we learn about one of MMA's most famous pioneers, Rickson Gracie. This autobiography is full of BJJ/MMA history, as well as life lessons and philosophy. As a former fighter, I love reading about this stuff, as these lessons of fighting and BJJ are applicable to our daily lives.
