This week's book takes a look at creativity - where it comes from, what encourages it, what hinders it - so that you and I can create, and be, our realest, most authentic selves. It wasn't until later in life that I began to lean into creativity. It came as a byproduct of speaking, writing and podcasting. You may not currently think of yourself as a creator, nor feel the urge to create, but this book takes creativity and makes it much more doable and relatable.
