Hour 1

Willie Colon is in for Boomer today so it’s Gio & Willie. They started with the fact that they were both at Hofstra together and then both in Pittsburgh together. We talked about the Jets situation with Aaron Rodgers. Willie said there’s no reason to bench him as it doesn’t do anything. Gio wants Jon Gruden to coach the Jets but Willie doesn’t think that’s a good idea. Willie wants Ben Johnson but Gio said there is no chance he’s coming here as he will have offers from more stable franchises. Jerry is here for his first update of the day and starts with the sounds of the Broncos beating the Browns. Jameis Winston threw 2 pick-sixes. He also threw for 497 yards and 4 TDs. Jeff Ulbrich talked about why he’s still confident in Aaron Rodgers. Rex Ryan wants quarterbacks to stop sliding and instead to dive at the defenders ankles. Hour 2

We talked about the Jets postgame show that’s on SNY with Willie Colon and Bart Scott. A caller wants Willie to become an offensive line coach. Gio said Zach Wilson’s pro-day is the one day that set the Jets back the most. Hour 3

Gio asks Willie Colon if the Giants should pull the plug on Schoen and Daboll or go for continuity? We also talked about the Miami Hurricane mascot trying to get a date with a Syracuse student reporter at the game. Willie said Bart Scott used to talk trash the entire game when the Ravens would play the Steelers. Hour 4

Gio showed Willie Colon the video that Brian Baldinger put out showing how bad Evan Neal was against the Cowboys. We talked about some of the terrible players Willie had as teammates or went against in practice. Gio called Nathaniel Hackett a jockey that rode Aaron Rodgers’ greatness when he still had talent. Jerry returns for an update but first we talked about Gio’s love of Dua Lipa. Jerry starts with Jameis Winston asking the lord to deliver him from pick-sixes.
