Boone County Clerk Brianna Lennon talks to KCOU's Katie Quinn about this year's election process. She goes over the guidelines for voting absentee versus in-person and where to go to the polls. The last day to request an absentee ballot is October 21st. On November 3rd, polling places are open from 6 am to 7 pm.
