This spontaneous JSJ guided meditation for pregnant mothers is focused on boosting confidence and releasing fears. During pregnancy, we can so often be wrapped up in gathering as much information as we can about how to be doing things the right way that we lose sight of our own ideas and confidence in general. My hope is that this flow helps release stuck emotions so that you are able to feel yourself from the inside out and help you connect with who you truly are. As always, focus on breath to help me tune out the world around me so that I can have a moment to just be with myself, my body, and growing baby.
