  1. Millionaire Hoy (also on YouTube) is my favorite fitness instructor. I’m nearly seven years in with Mill Hoy. I can’t say enough good things about his workouts and challenges. He has over 3,000 workouts on his HoyPro app and counting! Workouts include HIIT, mobility, strength, non-stop workouts, cardio yoga, and so much more!
  2. KaisaFit (Just Move) & KaisaFit Mobility App | Kaisa probably has the deepest bench in the game. You'll find it on her site whether you’re looking for strength, dance, cardio, etc. Bonus! As of February 2024, you can download the stand-alone KaisaFit Mobility app. It launched with an incredible $38 annual membership offer.
  3. SaraBeth Yoga | My go-to online yoga instructor. I’ve had this app for five years and highly recommend it! (Also on YouTube)
