Hi I'm Brian Pombo, welcome back to Brian J. Pombo Live.

Today I'm continuing this conversation about how to boost your YouTube. It's a very tactical conversation. It isn't very deep. We're just dealing with my thoughts, complete guesses in some cases and other cases having to do with human psychology and what I've seen on my own.

From trying to, well, not trying, really just putting my material out there and seeing what happens. I haven't tried hard to get a YouTube audience and so I don't have enormous amounts of views.

But from some of my top videos, I'm kind of reviewing them and talking about what I think why they've done so well.

Here's one of them. This was one of my first breakout ones. This one came out and this is all about the very first In n Out Burger in Oregon, which was in Medford, Oregon, I was there the day of the opening.

I was there with my son Tyler, this was over five years ago. Okay, we were there I was there and also with a Podcast Producer Sean Douglas was there with us as well.

So if you want to see a good old piece of history of the Brian J. Pombo, you can go check that out. It is one of, I believe it is the second highest currently the second highest viewed video on my entire YouTube, one of the main reasons is the age.

It's been around the longest, this is before I started doing daily videos before I started doing a whole lot of my business strategy through this channel.

So this one has nothing to do with business strategy.

We do cover a little bit of business issues in there just because it's the thing of interest to me about in and out, it's still very interesting topic. This was the very first one they put up it was in Medford is that after that they have a second one here in Grants Pass Oregon. These are all on the south end side of Oregon.

There are other ones that are going to be built. But so far, these are the only two and I was their present at this day. There's a couple other reasons why this one does well. Number one, it was newsworthy.

During that time people were searching, In-n-Out Oregon, In-n-Out Medford, Oregon. And I've got that right in the title of this video.

The title is in and out Medford Oregon, first In and Out Burger in Oregon is that is the title for the actual video itself. So when people were looking for that this popped up, I had a nice bright cover on it, which is one of the things that I I wish I could do more if I was really looking to get a lot of attention on YouTube, I'd have much more bright, outrageous covers to get attention.

The cover is the is the thing that you click on when you get into when you get into your YouTube video. So this is the solid image that's sitting there. So I do a lot more of this if I was interested. In fact, the whole style that I picked up was built off of some very viral videos from that time that I liked. I liked the font and everything else.

So I kind of went for that and if you're looking at a big list of things about the first in and out in Medford, you're going to see news stories and all these other and then this bright yellow red thing kind of pops out.
