The BoostHER Club welcomes two 20+ year veterans from the Education field - who just happen to be the mother and aunt of our host - to discuss the systematic inequities within Education that compelled them to enter into this career and work to create a positive environment for *all* children. Anita and Evelyn discuss the influence their parents have had on both their personal and career development, and also talk to us about, if they could do it again, the things they might've changed to further amplify their already fulfilling journeys.
