Today's conversation is the first of our Black History Month series, and centers around Footwear Product Test Analyst for Nike Basketball, Natalie Jones. We talk with Natalie about the obstacles and triumphs her role presents, and how through it all, just being a caring human has been her biggest key to success. Natalie shares with us how much pride she takes in being a vehicle for representation and a voice of the athlete, and lastly, we discuss her influences from Black history and present-day, who allow her to go forward and use her voice for change for the young Natalies that will come after her.
