FFN is the home to The Strength in Hormones Collective, a group membership offering workouts and nutrition for women with hormone imbalances. FFN also offers 1:1 private coaching and mini-courses. Lauren is a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She holds both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Nutritional Sciences. She has extensive advanced trainings in functional medicine nutrition and endocrinology. Lauren works with high achieving women to get to the root cause of their health issues and help them heal using food and lifestyle as medicine.
