Hi there lovely listener,

Todays episode comes with a different tone. While I love sharing the good, the great and the best, we all know that often behind closed doors the worst goes on. After discovering a few of my nearest and dearest were being treated crap and were on the receiving end of bullying, I thought it was all I could do, to be a voice for those who don't feel they have one.

I really hope this episode can start a conversation, get horse riders supporting other horse riders and perhaps give someone a moment of realisation/clarity that perhaps the way they spoke to or of someone or treated someone wasn't ok, and that it needs addressing. 

Speak up, speak out and don't let the bullies be the loudest voice in the room.
