Last weekend I (Nick) worked at Big Tex Urban Farms at the State Fair of Texas where we have a display. Over those two evenings I was able to get new insights as to what the general public, and not necessarily the people I'm used to who are coming to farmers markets, are asking about agriculture. I share what I noticed and hopefully some things to think about.
