Please welcome Noah Lampert to the podcast, it was a great interview!  He gives 5 specific steps (and a rule) for visualization and I'll go ahead and spell it out for you here in the shownotes but be sure to follow Noah everywhere here's a link to his website here: https://www.syncpodcast.com/ -- he does readings and music and lots of content.   The five step process begins when you get into a sleepy state, you 1. create a scene that implies the feeling you want to achieve 2. feel the feeling 3. be sure you're visualizing in FIRST person 4. know that it happened (however long it takes) and 5. let it go.  THE GOLDEN RULE: If other people are involved in your visualization try and picture what's best for THEM.  This was a great show, hope you all enjoy and I hope you are all doing great.  Much love and many blessings to you!  Here are more of Noah's links:
