This is a lower body/booty focused workout that is meant to make your legs shake and your booty POP! This class can be done with ankle weights, booty bands, or on its own. This class will introduce you to a few fundamental Pilates movements (including a the classic Pilates 100s) and is sure to leave you sweaty and sore (in a good way).
