Sarah is based out in Las Vegas Nevada and has been bartending for years. She’s a committee member for the USBG focusing on Health and Wellness as well as being the newest addition to the bartender podcast community. * 1½oz Caña Brava Rum

* ½oz Fresh Lime Juice

* ½ox Petite Canne Sugar Cane Syrup

* ¾oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

* 1 Bar Spoon Blume Merillen Apricot Eau-de-Vie

* 1 Dash Angostura Bitters

Shake hard with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
