Former Chateaux Margaux Winemaker Philippe Bascaules made his way from Bordeaux to Napa in 2011 to head up winemaking for Frances Ford Coppola, and usher in a transition for Inglenook. With the goal of avoiding extremes in his technique, he allows the sense of place to truly manifest in each wine they produce. We tasted through a range of his wines including:
2014 Blancaneaux White Rhone-Style Blend
2013 Edizione Pannino Zinfandel
2012 Cask Cabernet Sauvignon
2012 Rubicon
