Hello, my name is Riggs and welcome to my podcast. This year I received a relatively late in life diagnosis of BPD/EUPD which has led to much research and introspection. I realised that as I was doing my research there were lots of areas that I feel are under represented in the public sphere that I feel quite strongly and would like to explore more, so i thought I would make it an audio exploration so maybe it could help somebody else who was also struggling with a recent diagnosis
