Well, what if we now use that extra time we all wanted (and now have) to exercise and prepare healthier meals? The challenge is to create a reasonable, sustainable set of habits that will help us 1) Look better, 2) Feel better, and most importantly 3) Protect us from the next virus to attack our immune/overall health systems. After all, experts say that maintaining or achieving a healthy weight is possibly the most important thing we can do to live an overall healthy lifestyle.
