This week, I had the chance to speak to Boris Crighton, Professional Boxer, coach and personal trainer. Hailing from Aberdeen, Scotland Boris is the former Scottish amateur champion and 2-time district champion. I have seen first hand how Boris has progressed in his boxing career.
