In this first episode, we welcome friend and colleague, Dr. Cindy Shao. Cindy is the Founder and CEO of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce, a regional chamber based in Northern Virginia. Since it’s founding the organization has grown steadily – in membership and strategic partnerships. Cindy will share the story of her unusual transition from research in the textile industry to the business world, and her grounded, well balanced approach to leading an association that only continues to grow.
