We’re officially sooooo back—and we’re celebrating one full year of Born Reddy!

Episode 20, I hit another Milestone - I reflect on the podcast’s first year, why I needed to step away for a short sabbatical, and what that time taught me about creativity, growth, and where I’m headed next.

I also talk about learning how to navigate life at 41 years young, accepting that my body is changing, and realizing that becoming the person you’re meant to be doesn’t happen all at once.

We’re SO Back... Again! Party of me it's Epsiode 18 🎶

After taking a little break, this episode is a real-time check-in. Where I’m at, what this past stretch has looked like, and what’s coming next.

Coming back to California hasn’t been a straight line. It’s been ups, downs, and a lot of curveballs. Moments where I questioned everything, and moments where things started to click in a way I can’t ignore.

Because in the middle of all that… I’ve been keeping a creative secret. I didn’t really tell anyone. I just stayed in it, locked in, and followed the feeling.

I made an album! It's called: "Life Was Grand" under my new artist name, "Bay Reddy". Seven tracks. Different genres, all real moments pulled straight from my own experience. Written and produced by me, with the help of Suno. And honestly… I enjoy it so much. It feels like a calling. Like I found something I can fully get lost in.

And somewhere along the way, I created an alter ego named James. He’s been pushing me to own this, to stop playing small, and to actually step into it.

This is the very first Born Reddy Vlog and honestly it still feels like a blur.
I pick up my buddies Devin and Marc aka the M.A.D. Lads as they fly over to Ireland and meet for the first time. What was supposed to be a trip turns into two wild weeks packed into forty five minutes.

From Dublin days at Jameson, Temple Bar, Guinness and Phoenix Park visiting the reindeers to slow country living in Wexford. Pub sessions that turned into recorded episodes. Christmas markets and castle wandering in Edinburgh. Back to Ireland where we played in and won a basketball tournament and rolled straight into a Christmas party like nothing else mattered. Then London town shopping in Soho, and Christmas markets, we shut down London Town. And lastly, Prague, where we somehow conquered everything and ended up at an Irish pub called The Dubliner because splitting the G became a spot.

Two weeks later the boys flew home and it still felt like a dream.
