The signs were becoming too heavy to ignore. Clearly, Cara Ehinger had strenghts that many other people don't have. But outside of immaculately organized closets, exceptional lists, and processes to run a household with 8 kids Cara wasn't sure exactly what she had.
Until she was able to read the book Traction by Gino Wickman. Then she was able to identify how to utilize her strenghts as an Integrator to help visionaries bring the dreams to life.
