I am a 75 year old widow who published her first book at 73! I published another one the next year, this past March, and am now writing another. The first two books were on bipolar and the latest one is on loneliness. In the bipolar books, I teach people how to live with their disorder and make a decent life for themselves. My first book is called How to Live with Bipolar and the next one, which is more specialized, is called Bipolar 1 Rescue Plan. They are both selling well on Amazon.

The first book is a question and answer book with 125 questions and answers taken from my over 800 answers on Quora. My next book is an in depth look at bipolar 1 which is very difficult to live with. The book I am writing now on loneliness is also a question and answer book taken from Quora. People seem to like that format as you can dip in at any place in the book.

As for me, I have been 100% well for three years now on a medication called Vraylar. It is my wonder pill. It is wonderful to be free of the terrible highs and lows of bipolar. I have had three abusive marriages and my last husband committed suicide, so I have had a lot of trauma to contend with. The first few years after my husband's death were very lonely and I was ill most of the time, in and out of hospitals, but I am now coping well as I told you.

I have traveled a great deal in my life and have lived in four countries. When my husband and I came to the States 30 years ago, we traveled around to all the States in an RV for six years. Then we bought another RV in Amsterdam and traveled around Europe for 6 months. I haven't been far lately, and have itchy feet again.
