- When I was little I never knew who I was, I was always in the shadow of my sister and my parents. While I was writing my memoirs I processed a lot and it was very therapeutic. I went from flying an aeroplane to an air balloon. I was in the Air Force training new recruits in boot camp for five years and eight years in the Navy where I helped train Marines, so there were a lot of experiences there.

It’s easy to do and you can do that any time, anywhere.
