Old Friend

2 oz of Bourbon
1/4 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 oz of Raspberry simple syrup
3-4 drops of Aromatic Bitters
Shake everything and serve in a glass with fresh ice.

Rasberry Tom Collins

1 1/2 oz of Gin
1 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 oz of Raspberry simple syrup
club soda (substitute with soda water)
Pour the gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup in a Collins glass with ice cubes. Stir thoroughly.
