As it seems that the C19 Crisis comes to an end, Jeroen and Peter question if there actually was a crisis. From there we talk about the consequences for the mental health of people and how it will be as people are returning to work. What do they expect from their managers and what are the managers expecting.  Are the managers ready to receive their employees again?
