After what felt like a 1000 years off, the Celtics will matchup against the Dallas Mavericks in Game 1 of the NBA Finals tonight! I am joined by a good friend & special guest Aaron Parseghian to discuss various topics relating to this upcoming finals series. First off, we go over the ridiculous schedule the NBA created by allowing teams a long time off & also separating most of their games w/ 2 days off. The big question entering this series is who is the best duo in the NBA, is it Luka & Kyrie or Jaylen & Jayson? The Boston Celtics are going against an old friend & now villain, in Kyrie Irving. Even though most fans look at Kyrie as one of the biggest villains in Boston Sports, is he truly? Jayson Tatum has a lot to gain by winning this series & does he need to win Finals MVP to be the next face of the NBA?Aaron & I discuss our X-Factors & keys to the series for Boston as well as go over the biggest villains in Boston Sports History & who we just despised watching sports growing up.
Chris Sale had his tribute video at Fenway on Tuesday and I believe he deserved much better. Plus, Sam Kennedy cannot take that shoe out of his mouth when he said that this team is underperforming. Even though he tries to clarify it, he looks like an even bigger buffoon.
