In this episode Chris Risner and Haishi Bai are joined by Mike Hall, Principle Software Architect on the Technology and Research Experiences and Technology Group. Mike joins us to talk about Bot Framework. Bot Framework enables developers to build agents that can be reached via many channels including Skype, Telegram, Slack, email, SMS, and many more. Mike starts by showing us how to build out a simple bot using Visual Studio and the Bot Framework templates for bots. Mike then goes on to show how to record state using the Bot Connector to make conversational bots.
