AI has been making headlines recently with the explosion of tools like ChatGPT and Google Bard. We’ve certainly come a long way since the earliest AI bots (think Microsoft Clippy). Modern no-code bot platforms like Power Platform make it easy and inexpensive for anyone to create effective bots – even in the public sector.
In this throwback episode from April 2021, our guests Lisa Ruff, formerly of H3 Solutions, and Roxy Ndebumadu, former Customer Success Manager at Microsoft, show us that 2023’s bots and the value they have on Fed, State, and Local Government to provide better services, reduce menial tasks, and potentially even retain talent, are simply an expansion of the building blocks released in 2021; the technology has changed – for example, we talk about how Virtual Agents aren’t even available yet - but the fundamentals are still the same!
