Ginny and Charlie are doing double duty this week. They are working on setting up Derby City Comic Con, the comic convention Charlie owns in Louisville, but they also have a podcast to record. So of course this week’s show will have to be the unveiling of  the official cocktail of Derby City Comic Con, The Constantine. Named after Charlie’s favorite comic character, John Constantine, this easy to make cocktail features a Johnny Walker Double Black to honor the characteristic smoking of the character, with a bit of Tuaca for balance. Add a dash of bitters and a splash of club soda and you’ve got yourself a great drink.
