Bounce to the Beat is a fast-moving trampoline cardio circuit that mixes bounce intervals, boxing combinations, and step-ups into one continuous flow. Miriam McCoole, Brigitte, and Eva keep the pace high as they rotate through short rounds of jumping, punches, and leg-focused work designed to keep your heart rate up from start to finish.

The workout alternates between trampoline cardio and floor drills, using boxing to drive intensity and step-ups to burn out the legs. The rounds are quick, the transitions are constant, and the energy stays light and athletic throughout.

A short, upbeat cardio session that’s easy to jump into when you want movement, rhythm, and sweat without a long time commitment.
