Joel started his career on the agency side with 10+ years of experience, but as a challenge to himself, he left the agency world and moved to the brand side where he spent 9 years as an ACD for South Park Digital Studios helping them with numerous campaigns, branding, game design, app development and more.

Now Joel is ready to go back to the agency side where he can continue to grow and mentor young teams. He prides himself on coming up with unique ideas based on his background, likes taking risks, exploring things that haven’t been done before, and being efficient.
