On Episode 90 of Bouncing Back, I interviewed Kayvan Mesbah who was most recently a UX design intern for the Sirius app. This was also my 51st episode in partnership with The Avail List.

Kayvan has a background in biotech but became interested in UX while working at Tesla. While working there he quickly realized that he was passionate about how people interact with certain physical and digital products and knew he wanted to learn more about the process.

After leaving Tesla he signed up for a UX design Bootcamp where he began building his portfolio. He’s not afraid to ask questions and wants to surround himself with good people who can help him grow and get better.

He uses his curiosity as his superpower because it helps him learn more and become a better designer. He’s able to wear multiple hats and will thrive in any work environment he gets put in.

He is known for exceeding expectations and one of his proudest moments was being a key team member in getting the Tesla Model 3 released.
