On Episode 89 of Bouncing Back, I interviewed Shaun Maclennan who was most recently a Senior Art Director at Analog Folk in London. This was also my 50th episode in partnership with The Avail List.

Shaun is a true Art Director who loves concepting, but is also a super talented illustrator. He loves working on 360 campaigns and doesn’t want to be pigeonholed as someone who can only work in one medium.

He loves thinking on multiple clients at the same time and is more interested in a place dedicated to creating great work than the name on the door. If you look at his portfolio you can see he constantly comes up with ideas that haven’t been done before, and he is always pushing production to try new things.

He really enjoys working with teams, is passionate about the industry, able to edit videos, and is also a really fast talker, but he blames being British for that.
