This is one episode that we were excited to record. It has recently been.a very important part of mine and Jalen's life when it comes to coworkers, friends and even family members. We all have to evaluate our lives and figure out what we really want to see happen. We have so many distractions and they can slow us down from living the life that we truly want. 
Boundaries are primarily a way to show ourselves love. They are also a way to teach the people in our lives how to love us thoroughly.
