Today we pull the "Boundaries" card from the Life Happens Oracle deck and explore how setting boundaries helps others treat us better while allowing them to show up differently in our lives.
• Boundaries impact every aspect of our lives yet can feel uncomfortable to set
• Setting boundaries doesn't always mean being aggressive or building walls
• We can establish boundaries kindly while still being direct
• When we show people how we want to be treated, we give them opportunity to step up
• Sometimes stronger boundaries are necessary for our wellbeing
• Even with firm boundaries, we can still wish others well from a distance
• Reflect on how you set boundaries and what you might change to make the process easier
