"Walls", on the other hand, are understandable and expected methods of protection that come from pain and fear. They create predictable, safe and familiar outcomes which eventually keep us in cycles of contempt, misery and frustration.
In order to change, we must learn what we bought into, decide to relinquish self-destructive habitual beliefs and trust that we are capable of making good decisions! Making yourself a priority is the first step.
