We had a hard time knowing where to go next after starting and decided upon boundaries because it's such an important part of life, but in particular within our friendship and it's the foundation of a lot of future topics. In this episode we talk about a definition of boundaries, how you can tell when you may need to re-evaluate your boundaries, and times/situations that you may need boundaries.  We also almost fail at our podcast structure the first time we are supposed to use it (ha!)
