Lindsay and her husband, psychiatrist Dr. David Puder, introduce a new series on the concept of boundaries in relationships. Every successful relationship has strong and well-defined boundaries, though they can look very different for different personality types.

 

Many people struggle with defining and setting boundaries in their relationships, however, and find themselves in work situations where they are overextended, burnt out, in one-sided romantic relationships, and so on. People in this situation also struggle to define what their goals in life are, and they may find they are working for the goals of others rather than their own.

 

In this series on boundaries, Lindsay will explore what boundaries are, what healthy boundaries look like in practice, and help you identify your own boundary issues and work on improving them.
