Boundaries have been such a tough journey for me and I hope that sharing my journey helps you to be courageous enough to set them for yourself. 

It's definitely not been fun but it's very necessary! Creating space through boundaries helps you to identify the areas needed healing. You are so worthy and loved and you DESERVE to have that space.
